The breakfast was good.

Bed sheets had hair all over them. TV was terrible.

Staff was very uninterested in helping. Not the level of customer service I am used to from hotels. Just did not seem to care very much. The property has a great location, and has great potential, but will never be any better than its staff. Unfortunately, the staff is pulling this property down. ...read more

The best breakfast I've had in a while from a hotel.

Pillows were
too small.

Overall, very good hotel for travelers and business trips. Service was excellent, staff was friendly. Close to all major attractions in Johnson City.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free hi speed internet.

Great hotel. Very clean, comfortable, big fluffy comforters, nice bathroom amenities. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely stay there again if I go to Johnson City.
